Start with clean, dry footwear. Shake the bottle and apply evenly from 6 inches away in a well-ventilated area. Spray evenly in a back-and-forth motion until your Vivos are wet but not soaked. Leave them to dry naturally for 24 hours, avoiding direct sunlight or heat.
