All our rentals are booked online. We cannot book rentals or take payment over the phone.
Yes! As long as your product is returned on time, clean, dry, and undamaged you will receive your full deposit back.
Within 7 days of the conclusion of a rental, the first day's rental rate can be applied to full-priced like-product.
We structure our rentals so that you have a day to pick the product up, a day to use the product, and a day to drop it off. If your rental starts on a Friday, you have it until an hour before close on Sunday to return the product.

Most changes to your order require cancelling and rebooking. Please contact us and we will help you sort everything out.

The way our rentals are structured the product is yours for the entirety of your rental. There are no refunds for early returns.
Please let us know as soon as possible. Our late fee is the price of the three day rental for each day late. If you plan on using the product on the third day, we strongly encourage you to extend your rental by and extra day to reduce the risk of late fees.
Unfortunately, we do not offer season rentals. The longest period that our products can be rented for is two weeks.
