Standard Tune

Make your skis like new.  Our base grind flattens out worn bases while our stone grind imparts new base structure to reduce suction and smooth out your ride.  Edge beveling increases your edge grip and removes nicks, burrs, rust, and other imperfections from your edges.  To top it all off we finish the tune with a long-lasting high-performance wax for superior glide.

• Stone grind, skis only due to width of stone
• Base and side edge beveling, sharpening, polishing, and detuning.
• High-performance hand wax, scrape and brush
• $10 surcharge covers snowboard binding removal/reinstallation. Waived if no bindings installed

Standard Tune W/Hot Box

Set your skis up right with a durable, long-lasting hot box wax treatment. We first apply a soft wax, ensuring maximum saturation, cooled slowly for better wax retention.  We follow this with a high-performance hand wax for maximum durability against snow and ice crystals, resistance to contaminants, and better glide.

• Standard tune
• Hot box treatment for 2 hrs @ 125 degrees topped with high-performance hand wax

Edge + Wax

Restore the shine and grip to your edges with an edge bevel. We sharpen your base and side edges, then detune the tips and tails to reduce catching and hooking.

P-TEX/Base Repair

Fixes gouges and core shots to seal your bases and get them looking like new. $10 for basic P-Tex repairs.  $10 each for base welds and repairs of core shots.  Requires a standard tune.  See a Ski Tech for estimates.
