The Speedmax 3D Skate 61K is Fischer's skate ski design for soft conditions, yet for some skiers could be their all-around pair. Still with the Cold Base Bonding and Fischer's standard setting quality control, the Speedmax 3D is not only lighter in weight but adds a super slippery sidewall to reduce friction and increase speed. The 61K construction shortens the bridge and overall wheelbase and the tip and tail splay angles have been tweaked, with the result a faster ski when the conditions are soft. If you live in an area where there's wet slushy snow, or frequent new fallen snow, or the tracksetting can't pound the track down, then this ski could be your go-to pair.
