We are always looking for excited, outdoor oriented folks to join our team. You will be responsible for outfitting Seattle's finest outdoor recreationalists, maintaining a deep knowledge of the gear we carry, and spreading the stoke! While retail experience is preferred, it is not necessary. Be sure to include applicable outdoor experience in your cover letter.
This position plays a key role in helping maintain the daily operations on the sales floor. You'll be responsible for greeting and ringing up customers, restocking apparel and gear, assisting customers with product questions, and maintaining COVID-19 cleaning expectations. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the rental fleet and associated paperwork, managing warranty cases, and other miscellaneous customer inquiries. To succeed in this position a candidate should be incredibly organized and detail oriented.
