Weekly Urban Trail Runs with Cascade Endurance

Shake out your legs after work & jump in to Ascent Outoors and Cascade Endurance's urban trail group runs.

The run starts & finishes at Ascent Outdoors. and will be guided out to Discovery park and for a grand total of 5-6 miles.

Cool down & replenish those aching muscles with a cold brew at the Bergschrund (NW Peak Brewery's Bar).

Every Thursday at 6:30pm

Runs are FREE and open to all ages.
