Snowsports Rentals available starting November 18th!
We welcome the La Niña weather pattern with open arms! There's lots of snow for it only being the middle of November. That's why we're lifting our alpine touring, nordic and splitboard rentals a month early!
Please note that it's still early season conditions and the snowpack is small. Thick and wet snow makes uphill travel very challenging in the backcountry.
While we are excited to see a spiked interest in AT skiing and splitboarding, we advise every renter be avalanche educated and know how to use the required backcountry safety gear: beacon, shovels and probes before heading to the mountain!
As always we encourage all renters to check the NWAC forecast as well.
There is still time to sign up for local AIARE courses. You can still have fun while playing it safe! We expect it to be a busy season so be sure to get your rental dates in soon.
Take advantage of our try before you buy program. Rent any AT or Nordic skis and apply your rental costs towards a new setup!
