Hyperlite Mountain Gear Packs
Everything you need and nothing you don't. This is Hyperlite Mountain Gear's approach to building durable, minimalist packs by hand in their renovated textile mill in Biddeford, Maine. Here at Ascent Outdoors, we believe your gear should function as tools to get you where you need to go and back. This is why we are excited to be carrying Hyperlite Mountain Gear's Ice 2400 and Ice 3400 Dyneema packs. These Dyneema packs are exceptionally lightweight, waterproof and very durable.

Ice 2400
Weighing less than a *frozen* liter of water, the 2400 Dyneema® Ice Pack is one of the most streamlined backpacks imaginable for technical ice and alpine climbers. Also one of the most indestructible, they've utilized fully woven, "stronger than steel" Dyneema® fabric. This ultralight alpine pack is exactly what you need and nothing more. Use it with our Stuff Sacks for a nearly perfect waterproof kit.
Ice 3400
The 3400 Ice Pack is designed for passionate adventurers trudging through snow, climbing big alpine lines or spending multiple days in wintry landscapes. Streamlined and minimalist, this ultralight pack supports light and fast alpine ascents. Made from 100% waterproof Dyneema® Composite Fabrics (formerly Cuben Fiber), this pack is highly durable and weatherproof. Use it with our Stuff Sacks for extra H20 protection.
