Free Shipping:

  • Eligible orders above $100 qualify for free Ground shipping at checkout. 

In Store Pickup:

  • Local orders may select "In store pickup" at checkout.
  • Orders take 24 hours to be processed unless notified sooner via email!

Shipping Methods: 

  • We operate under a "ship best" philosophy, this means that we will choose the fastest and most affordable way to get your product to you when we ship. 
  • As a general rule, smaller items are shipped with USPS while larger items are shipped with Fedex or UPS. 
  • If you have specific shipping needs (signature required, etc), please note them in the comments of your order. We always do our best to accommodate, though additional services may incur additional fees. 

How long will my order take to arrive? 

  • With "Free" or "Ground" shipping selected, most orders arrive in 1-3 days in the Western US, and 3-7 days to the Eastern US. 
  • 2-Day orders are shipped as quickly as possible, usually same day, and are shipped so that they arrive in 2 business days. 

What if I need to return something? 

  • Our return policy can be found HERE
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping

Do you ship rental items? 

  • Currently we do not ship rental products. All rentals need to be picked up and dropped off in-store.
