Each quickdraw in Mammut’s 5er Pack Crag Indicator Express Sets has an added safety feature to help climbers manage their gear a little better. The slings have red fibers hidden underneath the external sheath. Once the external sheath wears down from seasons of use, the red fibers will show themselves, indicating that it’s time to retire the sling. The Crag Indicator Express Quickdraw also features keylock noses at both carabiners for snag-free unclipping, and the carabiner with a bent gate has a rubber retainer for extra stability when you’re clipping overhangs.
